Jeff is a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. He has a unique blend of skills honed from a diverse background and a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams. A Colorado native, Jeff has been a proud resident of Greeley since 2015.

With a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Jeff initially embarked on a successful 30-plus-year career in IT as a Systems and Integration Architect and Developer, over 15 years was spent working as a consultant to large corporations and government agencies. During this time, he perfected his skills in problem-solving, understanding client requirements, and most importantly, data analysis. These skills have seamlessly transitioned into his real estate career, enabling him to offer a meticulous and client-focused approach to buying and selling residential real estate.

Jeff's personal interests are as diverse as his professional background. He is an avid scenic and wildlife photographer, always seeking to capture the beauty of nature’s landscapes. His woodworking projects showcase his creativity and attention to detail, while his love for fishing, hiking, and driving his side-by-side (SxS) on mountain trails keeps him connected to nature.

When not exploring the great outdoors, Jeff enjoys cooking delicious meals and spending quality time with his beloved family. He cherishes moments with his wife, two sons, daughters-in-law, and four grandsons, finding joy in their shared adventures and activities.

Jeff understands that there are many factors to consider when selling or purchasing real estate, but price is paramount. He dedicates extra time and effort to each market analysis, applying several estimating models and tools to help ensure you get top dollar if you’re selling or that you don’t overpay if you’re buying.
